Ghanaian rapper Thorsten Owusu Gyimah, popularly known as Yaw Tog, has said he is not surprised by the early fame and success he’s enjoying because he saw it coming at a young age.
The musician who majors in drill music known in Ghana as Asakaa revealed in an interview with NY DJ on BTM Afrika that a man of God prophesied his destiny and what he would become when he was about 6 years old.
According to him, what the prophet said about him 10 years ago is now manifesting in his life.
The skilled young hitmaker further implies that his success cannot be compared to other artists since he was born to be great.
Yaw Tog went on to say he ignores his naysayers on social media because he knows his story is unique.
Yaw Tog became a household name with a number of accolades to his name following the success of his first track “Sore.”
