Prophet Akwasi Sarpong has long been counted among the fake pastors in Ghana. Ghpage has obtained an audio of one of her accomplices whom he contracts to fake as mad women, disease-stricken and so on.
According to the narration of the girl in question, she was contracted by Akwasi Sarpong and other pastors to fake sickness for them to heal her so others can be convinced of the work they do.

In a one-on-one interview with Otwinoko on Kumasi FM, the victim who has now fallen sick because of the numerous fake acts detailed how she got into the business as fake pastor’s clients.
According to her, she was recruited by a woman at Offinso, Kumasi who trains them and dispatches them to various churches to fake their ordeal and gets paid, an amount of GHC60-70.

She further stated that she stopped when she realized she was getting sick often for no reason and sometimes finds it difficult to get ailment for her sickness.
