Italian footballer Mario Balotelli has finally admitted that he is a Ghanaian and a proud one for that matter.
Over the years, people have wondered why the footballer had never spoken on being an African and a Ghanaian for that matter but always seeing himself as an Italian even though he was born by Ghanaian parents.

Well, the story about his nationality is that even though he has Ghanaian parents, Balotelli now 27 years was adopted by an Italian family since his parents were immigrants in the country.
After snubbing Ghana’s call to play for the black stars, the former AC Milan striker has reaffirmed how proud he is to be from Africa.
