Every Christian wants to see one institution and the one organization, THE CHURCH, be above all deception, fraud, dishonesty, misrepresentation, embezzlement, indecency, and political maneuvering that seems to be the order of the day.
The church by it basic principle and ideologies is supposed to be the place believers can turn to with their afflictions and shame and still find comfort. But that seems not be so.
Pastors all over the world keep falling into scandals upon scandals and keeps dragging the name of the church in the mad. When you come to Ghana, it appears s3xual desires and deception are the bane of the church. But today we will talk about s3xual desires.
S3xual scandals have been the major thing that has rocked the modern day Ghanaian pastors and has eroded the confidence most Christians have in the church. Giving the opportunity to unbelievers to ridicule the house of the Lord.
It was later uncovered that he was sleeping with a female church member although that female church member was married. The brouhaha that followed that revelation shook the confidence of Ghanaians in the church.
Prior to that, it was revealed one of the biggest pastors in Ghana with a very large follower, Bishop Daniel Obinim, was not only sleeping with the wife of his junior pastor but also fathered a child with her (Unfortunately, they lost the child after child birth)
What made the revelation disgusting was the fact that, he was recorded during his s3xual bout with lady disgracing his own wife, Mrs. Florence Obinim using unprintable words.
