Ghpage.com reported about the departure of Ohemaa Woyeje from Multimedia Group where she hosted shows on Adom FM and TV. In an interview with Graphic showbiz, Ohemaa Wojeye has thrown more light on why she decided to go.
According to Ohemaa Woyeje, she was beginning to feel uncomfortable working with Multimedia due to the unfair treatment she was receiving from her boss.

Ohemaa Woyeje claims her boss was taking huge decisions about her career without bothering to even inform her. When he decides to inform her, it’s through unacceptable ways like texting her or sending her Whatsapp message about major changes.
Citing an example, Ohemaa Woyeje told Graphic Showbiz:
“I took my vacation and returned in October. I resumed work and about an hour before I went on air, my boss sent me a Whatsapp message asking me to hand over the show to someone else, without any explanation.”
“My contract of employment at Multimedia is as a presenter and per my job description, I’m to host, entertain and engage listeners with music and delivery but they breached the contract by assigning me new roles that have nothing to do with presenting such as field jobs and production work.”

“My bosses took this decision alone, there was no prior notification or communication. I was not ready for these new roles so I have quit.”
Already Ohemaa Woyeje has revealed there are several juicy opportunities chasing her after she left Multimedia and although some urgent, she has decided to take her time and rest before moving to the next challenge

“I have a lot of offers I am considering right now. One of them is quite urgent and it is possible I might sign their contract, but for now I am taking a break,” she hinted.
