Hiplife grandpapa and member of VVIP group Reggie Rockstone have called the new crops rappers in the system as lazy people whose songs don’t inspire.
Reggie Rockstone on Hitz Fm with Mercury Quaye disclosed that most of the new rappers give wack lines and flows because they refuse to consult old people in the game or learn from veteran rappers within the country.
“I don’t listen too much of the current hip-hop…a lot of the new music doesn’t inspire and does nothing to me. I don’t like the mumble rap. I like to feed my soul with good music so I don’t listen to junk music.’ he said.
This statement coming from the grandpapa is sure to create some massive in the rap industry these coming days.
It could be recalled that Reggie earlier this year blasted Tema-based rapper Opanka for his “sh*thole” which he termed as support for the American President Donald Trump.
