The General Overseer of Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), Rev. Obofour, has finally spoken about the heartbreaking loss of his beloved mother, Afia Pokuaa, widely known as Mama Ade Special.
In a heartfelt address, Rev. Obofour described his mother’s passing as beautiful and divine, noting that she knew her time was near.
The man of God shared intimate details of his mother’s final days, revealing that she had seemed fine just two weeks before her demise.
He described how she had led his ministry, donated to members of the congregation, and even gone for a birthday photoshoot, where she hinted at her impending departure.
After the photoshoot, she attended church on Sunday, after which she informed him that she would be going for a medical checkup the next day.
He narrated how upon arrival at the hospital, she was unexpectedly admitted and advised to rest. However, she insisted she was healthy and strong but still complied.
Mama Ade Special died shortly after, surrounded by her children. She had looked her best, clad in a white dress.
In his view, his mother is very happy wherever she is, as she lived a fulfilled life.
