DJ Texas, host of Entertainment Agenda on Price FM has added his voice to Kuami Eugene’s recent outcry on social media that some of his colleague musicians are not supportive.
Lynx Entertainment lead signee in a video days ago expressed his disappointment at how some musicians fail to support each other not even on social media.
Kuami Eugene stated that the lack of unity among musicians has affected the growth of the Ghana Music Industry as a whole.
According to the reigning Artiste of the year, Ghana is a peaceful country, but there is no love and unity among its citizens.
“We have peace in this country, but, there is no love and unity amongst us.
People in the music industry find it very difficult to promote their fellow musician’s work. It’s so hard to survive in this music industry without support.
If you believe in the talent, it shouldn’t be difficult for you to help the person”, Kuami Eugene stated.

The ‘Open Gate’ hitmaker stated that this is one of the reasons why female artistes normally go nude to promote their works.
He further added that some Ghanaians regard his songs as trash after putting in so much work in producing it.
Well, yesterday, 31st October 2020 in the studio of Price FM, DJ Texas amid a heated argument over Kuami Eugene’s cry with some entertainment pundits on the Entertainment Agenda show revealed more about the label.
According to him, Richie Mensah favours Kuami Eugene over Kidi and others at Lynx because of money.
Explaining his point, the showbiz guru revealed that betwixt the signees at Lynx, it’s the Rockstar that generates more income for the label. He adds, Richie Mensah, told him.
Again, he indicated this issues at Lynx Entertainment made MzVee to leave the record label. Kidi on the hand might also find himself one day following the latter.
But as it stands now, Kuami Eugene has taken all the attention at Lynx Entertainment because it’s believed that he brings in more money.
His remarks come after Rashad, Kweku, Holy Stone & Big Brother[pundits on the show] slammed Kuami Eugene’s over his statements that Ghanaians and fellow artists have not been supporting his craft.
They said it’s obvious that the ‘Oh Yeah yeah’ catchphrase originator has received massive support from every music lover in Ghana and even at Lynx, hence his notes about support in the music industry can not hold water.
Meanwhile, Price FM’s[in Kumasi] Entertainment Agenda has bagged a nomination for an award at the Ashanti Region Music Awards-ARMA 2020 for the Radio/TV Entertainment show of the year category.
DJ Texas also has been nominated for the Best Radio DJ of the year and Radio/TV Entertainment show host at the Ashanti Region Music Awards-ARMA 2020.
