Sad scenes at the mass burial of unidentified burnt Kintampo accident victims

Ghanapage.com has sighted a video of the 35 Kintampo accident victims who were burnt beyond recognition as they were given a mass burial at the Jema cemetery in the Brong Ahafo Region.

It was a very sad scene as families could not hold their tears as they watched their loved ones were been buried.

According to reports, the accident happened on Friday 22nd March at 2 am in the morning where a VVIP bus travelling from the Upper East Region crashed with a Grandbird bus which was also travelling from Accra to the Upper East Region, Bolgatanga.

The gory accident happened at Amoma village near Kimtampo where one of the buses caught fire and the other severely damaged.

According to eyewitnesses, it took the fire service personnel over 30 minutes to put out the fire.

The survivors were also rushed to the hospital to receive treatment.
