Today, 22nd July 2020 is exactly one week that Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie better known as Sir John left us to the spiritual world, he died.
The death of the former General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party-NPP came as a shocker to all Ghanaians especially those in the political fraternity and his close family.
Sir John’s one-week celebration was held today at Sakora Wonoo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Colleagues, loved ones and distinguished individuals from both political parties turned up in their numbers to mourn with his family.
Asiedu Nketiah, the vice president H.E Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife, Chief of Staff to the president and several ministers of States were there to grace the occasion.
