Days ago, a sad story that made it into the headlines confirmed the death of a woman in her 50s named Maame Emelia.
As confirmed, Maame Emelia was butchered to death by her own son in a small farming community of Dwenim in the Jaman South Municipality of the Bono Region.
According to reports, the suspect, who is currently on the run, allegedly killed his mother following a heated argument over 4kg of cashew nuts, valued at approximately GH¢80.
