A 28-year-old man identified as Baafi who is believed to be cyber fraudster known in local parlance as Sakawa has been arrested after he sodomized a 21-year-old boy at Dichemso, a suburb in Kumasi.
According to the Manhyia Divisional Police Command who confirmed the arrest, Baafi drugged and raped the young man, Owusu Boakye on June 30th, 2019 and went into hiding until he was arrested on Wednesday 3rd July when he emerged from his hideout.

Narrating his ordeal, Owusu Boakye who is currently on admission at the Manhyia Government Hospital revealed that, he met Baafi on that same day, 30th June at an event struck an acquaintance.
After hours of a having a nice conversation, Owusu Boakye says Baafi invited him to his house at Dichemso. With no ideal Baafi true intentions, he followed him home.
Owusu Boakye further revealed that Baafi whom he met the same day and followed him home gave him an energy drink upon arrival. But the drink made him weak.

It is suspected the energy drink was laced with drugs which made him weak. That was when Baafi jumped on him and sodomized him several times.
Owusu Boakye claims when he finally woke up and realized what has been done to him, Baafi told him straightaway that he has only 5 days more to live.
Trembling from the abuse and unable to walk properly, Owusu Boakye went straight to Otec FM in Kumasi to narrate his story.
He was rushed to the hospital because he was still bleeding and a report was made at the police station.
