Video: Samini was at the S Concert but did not perform

The much publicised ‘S’ Concert organized by Empire entertainment lead by Bola Ray of EIB Group was held yesterday at the Accra sports stadium.

Among the artists billed for the night was Samini, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Ebony Reigns, Lilwin, and other A-list musicians in Ghana.

Unfortunately for Samini fans, the celebrated artiste never mounted the stage to perform despite the fact that he was seen at the event preparing for the show last night.

There have been a lot of speculations as to what really happened for the Dancehall legend to bow out of the show.

Well, Samini has come to apologize to his fans and explained what happened in a short video posted on his social media handles shortly after the show.

It appears it’s a replica of how the Nigerian stars treated Sarkodie during the “One Africa Concert” in Dubai.

Samini claims he was billed to perform at 1:30 AM but he was left stranded at backstage while another artist used the stage till 4:00 AM. The stadium was almost empty when he was called.
