Ghana’s First Lady, Samira Bawumia had no option than to jump to the floor with the Deputy Minister of Education in-charge-of Technical and Vocational Education and Training and Member of Parliament for Cape Coast North Constituency, Barbara Asher Ayisi to show their dancing skills after seeing some children ‘jam’ to Funny Face’s ‘Cow and Chicken’ song at an event organized by The Samira Empowerment & Humanitarian Projects (SEHP).
The two demonstrated their dancing skills as Comedian Funny Face performed his song ‘Cow and Chicken’ with some children at a book reading event in Accra.
The event which was themed, ‘Reading: It’s my Right’ was organized to mark the ‘World Book Day’ in Accra.
The book reading initiative was part of the Second Lady’s organisation’s goal to improve literacy and cultivate a reading culture among pupils in Ghana and so she spent the day reading books with some pupils from selected schools in Accra.
Comedian Funny Face graced the occasion with a spectacular performance to put smiles on the faces of both school children as well as adults present. He later posted the video on his IG page and captioned it:
