The second lady of the Republic of Ghana, Samira Bawumia has finally spoken after she collapsed while addressing delegates at a conference.
The second lady in a Facebook post expressed appreciation to everyone who attended to her when she blacked out.
According to Samira Bawumia, she succumbed to the heat at the venue which was why she collapsed.
She shared on Facebook; “I am grateful to the professionals present, for their timely intervention after I succumbed to the heat at the conference venue. Thank you all for well-wishes”.

This comes after the second lady who was a keynote speaker at the 17th Biennial National Delegates Congress of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association at Dodowa collapsed while delivering her speech.
