A diehard fan of Sarkodie, Dr. Lartey, vowed to cut off his hair and beard if Sarkodie loses the artiste of the year at the VGMAs.
Unfortunately for him, Sarkodie lost and he did exactly what he said after the award was announced.
According to him, Sarkodie has rewarded him with cash for cutting off his hair and beard.
He disclosed this via his Facebook account earlier today.
