Ghanaian ‘Highest’ rapper, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie has heaped praises on veteran hiplife musician Obrafour as he celebrates 20 years of his maiden album ‘Pae Mu ka’.
The ‘Advice’ hitmaker described Obrafour as his godfather and expressed appreciation to him for playing a vital role in his music career.

Sarkodie also promised to protect and honour the veteran musician’s legacy and also make him proud.
He wrote; “I call him my godfather cos he guard me through this journey called Music without him even knowing… his legacy gave me the urge to push harder. He has been my favourite Rapper/musician for Lord knows how long.
I’m more than a fan! I’m a Stan! So till date, I have to pinch myself anytime I’m in his presence… I be like ‘that’s Obrafour you know’ lol … I can write a whole book about this man but lemme keep it short… God bless you Mr Michael ‘my name sake’ … You played a major role in getting me here and I will never forget…
I hope I still make you proud and sorry in advance if I should disappoint, please know your thoughts are very essential to me as your legacy is what guards me… will make sure your legacy is protected godfather… Again! Thank you”.

Obrafour, originally known as Michael Kwabena Okyere Darko is set to celebrate his two decades old debut album titled ‘Pae Mu Ka’.
This album was released in 1999, produced by Hammer of the Last 2 which can be regarded as the best Hiplife album of all time.
