This comes at a time when social media is trolling Sarkodie for not being able to be featured on Beyoncé’s much publicized The Lion King: The Gift album.

According to Ice Prince, Beyoncé was on the aisle moving towards her designated seat when she said hi to Sarkodie but Sarkodie ignored her because he was busily scrolling through his phone.

He said;

Sarkodie was sitting right beside me at the BET when Beyonce was coming towards us, she said hello to Sarkodie when she got close,”

He added;

“The funny thing is that Sarkodie did not respond to her greeting because he was busy looking on his phone,” he added.

Ice Prince said  that he quickly had to inform Sarkodie that Beyonce had just said hello but by the time he did, the pop icon was gone.

In other news Sarkodie has commented on Beyoncé’s Lion King : The Gift album saying that she allowed herself to be a guest on her own album. He also praised her for representing Afrobeats well on the album.
