It was very interesting and amazing in Santa Mary Nursery and Primary school in Nigeria when best students from the school were awarded ‘young goats’-kids.
A kid was given to each student that came first in their individual classes from primary one to six. The move is an initiative of the Ora Goat Project.

The ora Goat Project management after given this special presents to the young students gave an insight explanation to their action.

According to the management, the essence of the project is to instill the habit of caring in the children and also to assist them in paying their school fees through the proceeds from the goats once they start reproducing.
