Recall that early last year, Serwaa Amihere infamously trended on social media after her room videos with Henry Fitz landed on social media.
Despite taking legal action against Henry Fitz, the Dansoman Circuit Court dismissed her case against the businessman and two others.
Initially, the trio was accused of sharing a private video featuring Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz in bed.
The court cited a lack of jurisdiction, indicating that the matter should be pursued in a higher court.

Following the dismissal, Henry Fitz publicly responded and asserted that he was not intimidated by the legal proceedings initiated by Serwaa Amihere.
He also claimed to possess multiple videos of their intimate moments, though he denied releasing them.
Finally, Serwaa Amihere has openly gone deep into how the circulated videos forced her into depression.
Speaking to a set of youths at a function, Serwaa Amihere advised that young men and women should be very careful of the things they do now because they would come back tp haunt them years later.
