Serwaa Amihere has been hauled on Twitter for her birthday greeting to footballer Agyeman Badu, in which she teased him about his age, claiming that she knows he isn’t 31 as he and others claim.
Serwaa Amihere tweeted to congratulate Agyeman Badu on his 31st birthday but ended up taunting him by stating she knows he isn’t 31 years old as claimed, and questioning how old she is that he will be 31 years old as claimed, confirming suspicions and speculations that footballers reduce their age to fit in.
Some internet users believe Serwaa Amihere’s joke is too pricey, especially given the fact that Agyeman Badu is a professional footballer, and have accused her of bullying him, claiming that if this tweet had been directed at her, Ghana would have been on fire.
Serwaa Amihere deleted the tweet after possibly realizing that netizens were not happy with it.
But unfortunately on her part, her tweet had already gone viral and received some bashing from netizens for ‘bullying’ Agyeman Badu, who is still a professional player.
