Video: Shatta Wale has finally apologized to the police officer he assaulted because he stopped his car

Over the weekend Shatta Wale was in the news For assaulting a policeman. A video went viral showing the self-acclaimed Dancehall King exchanging words with a police officer before he angry drove away.

According to the reports gathered, Shatta Wale’s G-Wagon he had sent one of his boys to go and clean was stopped by the police.

The boy called Shatta Wale over to talk to the police. But things escalated when Shatta Wale arrived because according to Shatta Wale, the police officer whom he keeps referring to as his uncle called him a rascal.

Shatta Wale had a heated argument with the police officer until he snubbed him and sped off in his car. Many have criticised Shatta Wale’s conduct and have implored the police administration to arrest the singer.

But Shatta Wale in a video circulating on social media has apologized to not just the police officer he had the altercation with but the entire police administration.

He also threw more light on how the argument happened and apologized to the Inspector General of Police as well as the Greater Accra Regional commander of police.
