Renowned evangelist and economist Rev. Dr Lawrence Tetteh who met Ebony and prayed for Ebony before her death during the one-week memorial of the late dancehall sensation predicted that self-acclaimed dancehall king could one day become an evangelist.
Speaking at the one-week memorial service, the International preacher said that the dancehall king exhibits some characteristics that make him suitable to effectively preach the Word of God.

The man of God revealed that he noticed this when he watched a YouTube video of the music artiste last week. He went on to say that it is necessary for musicians to turn to God.
The one-week memorial service held for the late dancehall artist, Ebony took place on Sunday, February 18, 2018, at the St Martin de Porres School at Dansoman.
