‘Already’ music video with Beyonce was shot in Brooklyn – Shatta Wale

There have been several speculations as to where exactly the music video for Shatta Wale and Beyoncé’s ‘Already’ music video was shot.

Ever since Beyoncé revealed she came to Ghana, there has always been the speculations that it was shot in Ghana.

Beyonce said: “it all started in my backyard, so from my house to Johannesburg, to Ghana, to London, to Belgium, to the Grand Canyon, it was truly a journey“.

Well, Shatta Wale has finally set the records straight in a series of posts on Snapchat.

According to Shatta Wale in the posts, his scenes with Beyoncé were shot in Brooklyn, New York City.

Shatta Wale claims he was there with the rich Ghanaian guy, Kofi Boat and he was even around when he shot the history photo with Beyoncé.

This means that the other parts of the video shot in Ghana were simply mailed to the video editors of Beyoncé after it was done.
