Over the weekend, celebrated Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie organized a madien concert in Tema which he dubbed ‘This is Tema’ the concert saw thousands of Sarkodie fans thronging the event.
Several artistes such as Stonebwoy, were there to support the celebrated rapper however Shatta Wale was nowhere to be found.
Speaking about his inability to be present like several other artistes, Shatta Wale revealed that Sarkodie didn’t extend him an invitation hence his absence. He stressed that if he had been invited, he would have shown up to support Sarkodie.
Shatta Wale added the he pioneered the latest trend of artiste organizing show on their neighborhood.
He noted that whilst most artiste were concerned about organizing big shows in auditoriums such as the Accra confrence centre and the likes, he was more concerned about connecting with die hard fans in the grassroots hence his Nima and Jamestown shows.
