CEO of Slip Entertainment, Mark Okraku-Mantey has again stepped on the toes of dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale by admitting that the self-acclaimed dancehall king cannot stand the heat of criticisms.
On a show hosted by Naa Ashorkor, the entertainment guru was asked if he has ever noticed that Shatta cannot take the heat of jabs but always thinks of spitting freely on people.
“Have you noticed that Shatta Wale cannot take jabs but he thinks he is free to throw? Have you noticed that?” the hostess asked.
In his reaction to the question, Mark admitted that the dancehall artiste’s expeditious response to jabs thrown at him clearly means he is unable to deal with criticisms.
“I don’t know if you’ve seen his reaction to jabs…You live in a glass house and you decide to throw stones,” he continued.
The entertainment label CEO added to criticize that Shatta Wale is quick in hitting his colleagues in the music industry but becomes disturbed when he is slammed.
Prior to this interview, Mark Okraku-Mantey has had the opportunity with Hitz FM to explain why he said he pities Shatta Wale.
“Peter Tosh said that you won’t plant pepper and reap cassava. For me, every step that he is taking will give him a total,” Mark Okraku-Mantey accented.
“The total will come one day…I can only pity him because where I come from you don’t insult an adult. If he decides to insult me, it is his right, it is his prerogative,” He continued.
