Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has made a comment about the trending scandal between actor Lil Win and renown artist Patapaa over the ‘One Corner‘ music.
Lil Win was reported to have approached the song owner Patapaa for collaboration on a remix of his renown song “One Corner”, but however, couldn’t convince him well with his idea because Lil Win wanted to be the owner of the remix.
After the unsucceeded collabo which sees Patapaa as been difficult, Lil Win proceeded ahead to record his own version and named it ‘corner corner’.
However, the self-acclaimed ‘dancehall king’ seems not be happy about the situation and on his Facebook page painted there his support for the song and the artist, Patapaa.
Shatta Wale on the One Corner music added in his post that the song had been made popular by the public and it was an act of God, not any man’s effort.
The ‘Taking Over, hitmaker posted on his timeline,
“Patapaaa one corner, no video, no air play, street support. Only God can do this no be man …God bless the real ones and fire bun da fake ones…One corner is my song”.
Mr. ‘Say Fi’ explained that the singer did not waste much time and money to promote his song but the song has managed to become a very hitz one and is being played all over the country this was made possible by the efforts of many music lovers.
Before this comments from the dancehall artist, many Ghanaians in different ways have criticized the actor, Lil Win for trying to steal the One Corner song from the main artist, Patapaa.
