Ghana-based Nigerian movie producer, Daniel Edah, has asked the Chair of Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) to call Shatta Wale to order.
The statement came from Edah, popularly known as Lopez, during an interview with JoyNews.
According to him, the social media “war” between Shatta Wale and some Nigerian music artists should stay on social media”.

He further stressed, What happens on social media, remains on social media.”.
Edah added that there was no need to further fuel the matter as one side hold back from engaging in the issue. In his opinion, there is no point in fighting someone who isn’t responding to your attacks.
“I am more like a Ghanaian, I have been in this country and I actually love everything I set my eyes on in this country”, he said.

Lopez however, went on to say that there is an immediate need for MUSIGA to sit Shatta Wale down in order to advise him. There is no need to invite a third party, he stressed.
Meanwhile, he said I feel whoever is coming up with this whole thing has a message for his people but doesn’t know how to address it”.
