Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale is head over heels after his feature with Beyonce titled “Already’ made it to the playlist of the former President of the United States Barrack Obama.
Shatta Wale took to his Snapchat account to react to the amazing news. Shatta Wale said he is extremely happy about the news and he leaves the rest to God.
He posted: “I am just happy for myself, be happy too and leave the rest for God…..They are wondering why their wishes didn’t come to pass, it was all because they didn’t want to see their brother win !!! Before you win you have to learn how to praise a winner.”
Shatta Wale is currently the first-ever Ghanaian musician to make it unto Barrack Obama’s Summer Playlist.
“Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of time listening to music with my family. I wanted to share some of my favorites from the summer –– including songs from some of the artists performing at this week’s @DemConvention. As always, it’s a mix of genres that travels through various eras. I think there’s something in here for everybody––hope you enjoy it.”
