Ghanaian female broadcast Journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah has explained that the two dancehall artists Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were not pressured to make peace.
According to the award-winning Journalist, both musicians were yearning to bury the hatchet so all she did was to facilitate the process to end the rivalry between the two.

“Shatta is my good friend and every time I speak to him, he tells me he’s willing to meet Stonebwoy for fruitful chats and same for Stonebwoy.
So we just needed the right time and the right place for it to happen. And we’re happy eventually this happened. I give credit to Dr Abban who offered us his home and hosted the two musicians”, she disclosed.
Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy yesterday, 30th May 2019 finally made peace after their confrontation at the 20th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
The Journalist made this historic process possible with the help of Dr Kofi Abban, an oil and Gas entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
Several celebrities have also expressed excitement over this unity and what Ghanaians are currently waiting for is a song from these two dancehall musicians.
