Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and his team have been accused by singer Wiyaala of them sabotaging her after they were both supposed to receive an award in the US on stage at the same time.
According to Wiyaala who revealed this on her timeline, she was informed by the organizers of the event that she would be presented with a Citation together with her colleague Shatta Wale.
After sometime, Shatta Wale performance was placed on hold while a member of the went backstage with her for the presentation.
The council member went on stage to do the presentation but while she was stopped by an unknown person and told to wait. The presentation was done to Shatta Wale on stage without calling Wiyaala on stage to also take her citation but the same council member came backstage to present it to her which she refused.
When her team sort to find out from her why they wanted to present the award to her backstage, she blamed the organisers but later stated that a member from Shatta Wale’s camp had requested that they wouldn’t want to share the opportunity with Wiyaala.

She later called out Shatta Wale and his team to come clear on the allegations levelled against them by the council member. Wiyaala later questioned what at all she had done to Shatta Wale to demand such an act from him especially when they had hyped him on stage.
