Slim Buster Threatens To Sue Brother Sammy For ‘Stealing’ His Lyrics Without Permission

If you are like me and you grew thinking diss songs are in the domain of circular musicians just like I thought, Gospel singer, Brother Sammy has proven us wrong.

It will surprise you to know that, the man who calls him the “Nation’s Worshiper” recorded a diss worship song for gospel musicians, Ernest Opoku and Cecilia Marfo.

In the current diss sing which many have condemned Brother Sammy, he called his enemies which we all know he is referring to Cecilia Marfo and Ernest Opoku as ugly, fools and poor people who lack manners and will forever be cursed.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian veteran Hiplife artiste and pro-choreographer, Slim Buster has threatened to sue gospel musician, Brother Sammy over copyright breaches with his “Nipa Fo” song.

According to Slim Buster, Brother Sammy’s latest single track titled ‘Nipa Fo’ contains most of his lyrics used in one of his song titled ‘Nyira’ which featured Tinny.

However, the management of Slim Buster speaking on Adom FM’s Entertainment Hall with Mark 2 disclosed their intentions and plans to ‘slap’ Brother Sammy with a lawsuit.

“We going to take action against him, as I am speaking now we have written a complaint letter to GHAMRO to make an official report to seek for assistance in any action that might be taken.

According to the manager, the team is not going to spare the artist since he (Sammy) did what he did without consulting them for their approval or otherwise.

“If he [Sammy] and his team become reasonable enough there could be some arbitration to settle the matter amicably by paying some compensation because he has, 100%, reproduced the song”, he concluded.
