It all started when Stonebwoy paid a visit to the accident ward of Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital where he paid the medical bills of some patients who otherwise could not afford. It followed up with a song indirectly aimed at dissing Shatta Wale.
Well, Shatta Wale woke up Friday and responded to Stonebwoy’s earlier Charity work at the Korle-Bu Hospital claiming he’s a false pretender acting all like he is rich. According to Shatta Wale on his Facebook Page, Stonebwoy is as broke as ever and he pretends he has something better to do with his money.

They pretend they have money infront of their friends but anytime these friends ask them to do something for them.They will say chale me my money Ade put into sick people dem a inside for hospitals….and will continue to say things like and I quote “Me anobe like some people weh if dem get money dem go buy cars dash cars Etc…oh that’s good !!??????????but my nigga you deh lie ??you kno get Foko….False pretender Stop pretending..it’s Friday
