Popular sports presenter Saddick Obama aka Sports Obama is reported to have quit his position at Atinka Media village and heading to Angel TV a subsidiary under the Angel Broadcasting Network.
We understand he’ll officially begin working with his new employers Angel TV from September 1.
Sports Obama as affectionately called in media circles is a product of the Ghana Institute of Journalism and joined Atinka Mediavillage some 5 years ago from Angel FM in Kumasi.
He had already worked with Sunyani based Suncity FM as well.
The award-winning journalist has been one of the most recognized faces of accurate and reliable sports reportage with the media house and his departure will obviously be a big blow for his former employers.
