Frantomapa Educational Aid, a Non-Governmental Agency (NGO) in Ghana which seeks to help improve the standard of education and students in Ghana is celebrating the success story of one of their students.
From what Ghpage.com has gathered, Martey Solomon, a street hawker and school dropout who had no hope for the future was rescued by Frantomapa and 3 years later rose to be the Senior School Prefect in one of the prestigious SHS schools in Ghana.

According to the CEO of the NGO, Martey Solomon had been sitting at home 2 years after completing JHS. With his exceptional grades, he was hawking on the streets of Accra to earn a living.
One of his former JHS teachers put in a word with the NGO about the brilliant student who is now hawking on the street because there is no money to enroll him in school. At the time, Free SHS had not been introduced by the government of Ghana.
Two years after his enrolment. Martey Solomon was elected the Senior High School perfect. He had graduated with 2019 batch and hopefully, he will pass with flying colors.

The CEO of the NG0, Madam Nana Yaa Frantomapa who shared the success story wrote on Facebook:
SUCCESS STORY!!!
Last three years, a brilliant boy was identified in a village in the Eastern Region of Ghana. This boy had completed J.H.S and had stayed in the house for almost 2 years without going to S.H.S due to financial constraints.
His teacher Called Blessing zion introduced him to us after we had gone to their school to make some donations (The boy wasn’t present. He was hawking on the street of Accra by then)We picked this boy up and enrolled him in Mampong Presec, Mampong- Akuapem.
When this boy got to the school, he didn’t play at all, he became everyone’s favorite because he was the most intelligent and respectful boy in his class and was always taking the 1st position. This led to him being elected as the school prefect for 2018/2019 academic year.
God being soo good. He completed SHS successfully yesterday. Woooow!
