Around 2 pm yesterday, officers from the Ghana National Fire Service retrieved the decomposing body of a young lady from a septic tank at Sunyani Magazine.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the victim was murdered by her boyfriend approximately three weeks ago.
In an attempt to cover up his crime, the suspect allegedly dumped her lifeless body in the septic tank to avoid detection.

Authorities have since arrested the suspect, and the police have taken charge of the body for further investigation.
Residents of Sunyani Magazine are deeply shaken by the incident, with many calling for swift justice to be served.
