- Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), the embattled Chief Executive Officer of gold-trading firm Menzgold Ghana Limited, was arraigned today, Friday, 12 July 2019 after spending the night in the custody of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service following his arrival on Thursday.

Reacting to this Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale , has spoken in defence of his boss, saying that NAM1 has returned with the intention of paying his customers and so the powers that be should allow him and not try to prolong matters.
He took to his Twitter account to tweet;
“NAM1 @mn_appiah came purposely to pay his customers so the system should allow him and stop dragging matters cuz he no chop anybody’s money ..Period ..!!!”
