In a publication, yesterday staff of Menzgold Ghana Limited, who addressed themselves as Loyal Staff of Menzgold have appealed for the removal of Nana Appiah Mensah‘s name from the Interpol wanted list.
Nana Appiah Mensah had been declared wanted by the Ghana police and subsequently Interpol for defrauding by false pretence and an allegation of money laundering after his infamous company failed to pay interests on customers’ investments.
The staff of the embattled Gold trading firm in their petition appealed to the president to remove the name of Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of the company from interpol’s wanted list. They say that this has become necessary because according to them, calling off the red alert issued against NAM 1 will enable him to freely work towards resolving all the issues his company is embroiled in.
This petition succeeds NAM 1’s victory in the Dubai legal tussle and his subsequent victory
