Takoradi kidnapping: Nigerian kidnapper jailed 18 months for breaking out of jail

The Takoradi Market Circle Court has sentenced the Nigerian suspect involved in the Takoradi kidnapping to 18 months imprisonment for breaking out of jail.

Samuel Udoetuk Wills aged 28 was arrested by the Bureau of National Investigations in an uncompleted building at Kansaworado in Takoradi in the Western Region.

The suspect managed to escape from police cells after he was handed over to the Takoradi police to assist in investigations.

According to Sam, he was able to escape from cells with the help of a CID Officer on 30th December 2018.

Last year, three ladies namely Priscilla Mantebea Koranchie (15 years), Ruth Love Quayson (18 years) and Priscilla Blessing Bentum (21 years) were kidnapped at Takoradi in the Western Region.
