Ghanaian International midfielder Thomas Partey has been named the Atletico Madrid player for the month of March 2019.
The 25-year-old was awarded the best player for the European club for March, following his outstanding performance in games against Real Sociedad, CD Leganes, Deportivo Alaves and Atletico Bilbao.
Thomas Partey’s efforts did not go unnoticed as he scored a stunning solitary goal in March against Deportivo Alaves in a 4-0 victory in the Spanish La Liga.

He has played a key part to Diego Simeone’s side this season, making 27 La Liga appearances at the Los Rojiblancos, scoring three goals and providing three extra assists.
The Blackstars midfielder is valued at 50 million Euros and has been linked with top European cubs including Manchester United and Manchester City.
Partey was part of the Black Stars team that faced Kenya in the 2019 AFCON qualifier and will be one of the first names on Coach Kwesi Appiah’s list for the 2019 AFCON.
