Well known actress and TV personality, Joselyn Dumas, has revealed that she’s tried suicide during times when she was going through difficulties during her TV talk show called “Keeping It Real With Joselyn Dumas”.
According to her, having someone you can trust enough to talk to in difficult times is very important.

Joselyn Dumas narrated how she’s thought about taking her own life during difficult situations. She expressed that these thoughts were often a result of her keeping her problems bottled up because – in those times – she felt like she couldn’t trust anyone enough to talk to them, she made this known speaking on her talk show.
Dumas said, “I have had suicidal thoughts because I just could trust anybody to talk to. And I felt that I was at my lowest of my low, I was at my weakest, and I could not rise above it. So, I sit there, and say what if I end it all”.
