Earlier reports revealed that seven students at the Kumasi Academy since the month of April this year have mysteriously faced their death on a cause which is still under investigation.

Now, three more students have been confirmed dead by the Ashanti Regional Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Education Service (GES) this Tuesday morning, following the death of the other three last week, bringing the total to 13.
The three students which consist of two females and a male was pronounced dead at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) hospital.
Further reports disclose that 24 other students in a severe condition are currently on admission at the hospital.

Blood samples of the three first-year male students who died last week have been sent to the Noguchi Memorial Research Institute to ascertain the cause of the death, which the result is expected to be out on tomorrow 6 December.
