Videos: Top 8 Recommended Ghanaian Rappers Who Can Take The Mantle From Sarkodie And Rule As The Rap Kings

Ghanaian hiplife rapper, Micheal Owusu known in the showbiz as Sarkodie is considered as one of the outstanding and fasters rappers in the country and Africa but seems he’s got successors who are yet ready to pull him out of the throne.

Before Sarkodie’s reign, there were many artists like Gyedu Blay Ambolley, Obrafour, Okomfour Kwadee, Ex-Doe, Reggie Rockstone, Kontihene, etc but his introduction, hardwork, determination, focus and his reach to break through gave him a success over these rap giants.

Truly, at some point in Sark’s career, he feared challenge and competition when Secure (Pabene) took the fast pace rap to the next level. Sark might not be seen testifying publicly to this allegation but he knew Secure was a threat to his career until the sudden disappearance of Secure from the rap game.

Also, another big rapper who appeared as a threat to his career was Flowking Stone, but after several attempts to organize a competition between them by the Ghanaian media, Sarkodie wisely gives a dumb ear to the battle by not uttering a word anytime the argument is raised.

I know it will be something unappreciated if we decide to stage Sarkodie and any upcoming rapper for a rap battle but it will be good to know whether his throne would get a successor after his retirement and to know, we have to judge which of the upcoming rappers will be his perfect replacement.

With regard to this, Ghpage.com researchers have come out with a list of top 8 young rappers who are ready to take the mantle from the rap king Sarkodie.
