Popular Kumawood actress Joyce Boakye has revealed in an interview that some people in the movie industry were behind the break down of her marriage.
According to the actress, people she regarded as her friends lied to her husband which caused her divorce.

The actress explained that was caused her divorce was a viral video which insinuated that she had sex with another man identified as Kobby.
Joyce further stated that it was a scene in a movie she produced and everything that happened in that scene was just acting.
The actress explained that Tracey Boakye, Gloria Kani and other friends in the movie industry lied to her husband that the scene was real and not acting.
According to the actress, Tracey Boakye was the one who was supposed to play that role but due to her dispute with Ernest Opoku, decided to back out.
Joyce Boakye added that she cannot fathom why Tracey Boakye could betray her in such a manner when she is aware that it was a movie.
She stated that her husband of nine years had no choice than to end their marriage due to the lies and the viral video.

It can be recalled that a sex video of a Kumawood actress and an actor went viral in March 2019.
In the video, the actress was being bonked on a toilet seat and according to reports that actress was Joyce Boakye.
However, Joyce Boakye claims the sex video that went viral was a scene in a movie she produced.
She added that some friends who knew the video was just a scene in a movie, lied to her husband and caused her divorce.
