Despite the explanation given by the police so far, Osman Seidu, the Deputy Director of Elections in Upper West Region believes there is more to the death of the chairman than they are being told.
According to Osman Seidu, he believes the New Patriotic Party Upper West Regional Chairman is complacent in the murder of Mr. Poulabong Bayiilela Richard.
He explained to Dailymailgh that the NPP chairman is from the same constituency as the dead NDC chairman and he is desperate to win the constituency for NPP.
The only hindrance to his vision is the now dead NDC chairman Mr. Poulabong Bayiilela Richard so he should be investigated.
