Nigerian, Ekiti State – A 23-year-old man identified as Solomon has been arrested by local residents after a fetish priest exposed his plan to sacrifice his 6-year-old nephew for money rituals.
A video circulating on social media captures the moment Solomon was confronted and apprehended by members of the community.
During an intense interrogation, he admitted to plotting the ritual sacrifice and cited unemployment as his reason for attempting such a horrifying act.
According to reports, the suspect approached the fetish priest to help to perform money rituals.
However, rather than aiding him, the priest alerted the community which led to his swift arrest.
Following his confession, Solomon was handed over to the police for further investigations.
