A trending video on social media captures the moment community members teamed up to discipline a local thief for stealing 2 cups of rice, a tin of sardine and coins from a provision shop.
As seen in the viral clip, Kennedy was nabbed by the community members after successfully stealing the food items from the provision.

Upon his apprehension, he was subjected to severe beatings, particularly from the shop owner.
