Ghpage.com reported of the critical condition the Ghanaian international gospel Star was in that got him admitted at the hospital in Australia.

The news of his death appeared on several fake news websites last night after ghpage.com made the report he has been taking ill and needs urgent prayers.

But the Ghanaian International gospel minister, Sonnie Badu has debunked rumours circulating on social media that he has passed away at a hospital in Australia.

Sonnie Badu in a post earlier today eased the fears of his fans and well-wishers after fake news portals reported that he had passed away.

According to the Baba hitmaker, certain “bloggers” are creating unnecessary tension and driving traffic to the website by publishing falsehood instead of promoting his new album “Soundz of Afrika”

“Bloggers clap for yourself s , anything to generate traffic .. smh .. oya kindly advertise my album for me… breaking news SOUNDZ OF AFRIKA OUT !!”, he said in a post on Instagram”.

He then released a video,in which he admitted to falling sick whiles preparing for a concert but said he was getting better and asked fans in Ghana and Sydney to get ready for his tour.

“I want to say a big God bless you to every single one that and prayed for me. Thank you. Devil tried it but I am doing so well. You know me I’m a strong cookie. Sydney gets ready, Ghana ready. I’m coming live and coloured. The doctors here were so good and did what they could. We’ll back on the road soon” he explained.
