The Editor-In-Chief of the New Crusading Guide, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has disclosed some documents which prove that Anas pays his taxes and legitimately owns a land at the trade fair, a suburb in Accra.
According to Baako, Anas has always paid his taxes and went on to provide some documents from the revenue authority which indicates his payment of tax from 2014 to 2018.
Kweku Baako’s revelation comes after the NPP MP for Assin Central Constituency, the controversial Kennedy Agyapong questioned Anas’ integrity and the fact that he doesn’t even pay his taxes.
Ken had also stated that Anas has acquired some properties via illegitimate means. He mentioned a land at the trade fair, which according to Ken, Anas is currently having a ‘land guard’ litigation over it with the real owners.

But Mr. Baako, speaking on of Peace FM ‘Kokoroko’ yesterday morning, revealed that Anas has paid his taxes ever since he founded his company with his partner in 2011. He also provided some documents which sort to prove that, Anas is the legitimate owner of the said land at the trade fair.
“Acquisition of property is allowed by any citizen of Ghana. But if you are worried about it, it means you may have some reasons that the person did not acquire the property legally or might be proceeds of criminal activities. You must not be on a radio and Tv to campaign, tho it is your right – you must use the law to fix that appropriate problem.”Kweku Baako stated.
“Anas, yes, has property. The building Ken claims Anas owns at Dzorwulu belong to Anas and his partner. And their company Phinas pharma limited. He claimed Anas is not paying taxes but I am holding the company’s audited accounts financial statement from 2011 to 2016 which indicates that he pays his tax.”Mr. Baako added
