Real Madrid secured the Spanish Super Cup with a 5-1 aggregate victory over Barça, last night’s 2-0 win at the Bernabeu following Sunday’s 3-1 win in Catalonia.
In a very rare situation that Barcelona are made to look severely average but the current Real Madrid side is capable of just that.
Team Barcelona are sitting on tenterhooks as they have just two weeks to spend or else it’s hard to see them reclaiming the La Liga title, let alone challenging with Real and the rest of Europe’s biggest clubs in the Champions League.
